Carmichael's has been providing sales and service for dictation equipment, both digital and analog, as well as specialized recording equipment, in Nebraska and Iowa for over 30 years. Our brands include Olympus, Philips, Nice, I-Record, Winscribe, and Cybertech.

1. We sell two kinds of dictation equipment: 

  • Analog
  • Digital

  Some of our customers still use tape but most have moved to the new digital technology.

2. Digital dictation equipment used by :

  • or dictate directly into your PC

3. Recording equipment with a time date stamp for: Public safety Call centers Insurance companies Utilities Wire transfer departments in banks.

We have fully staffed sales and service department.

Our service Department operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our Sales Department would be happy to bring out or mail you information on any of the products that we sell. Over the past 20 years we have installed equipment in most of the major institutions in Omaha and Lincoln and in outlying areas all over Nebraska and Iowa.
