If there are new releases to software, or updates available for current software you will be able to find them here as they come available.  Some of the updates will be available for download directly from our website, other updates you will need to contact our support staff at 402-339-4990 to have implemented.

If you have the DS-4000 software which is Version 4 the latest release is version 4.10.3 and is available

If you have Windows, there is an update available for this software as well as the associated transcription software, You will need to contact the support staff here at Carmichael's to have this update installed.

If you have a MAC system and are experiencing problems with your software there is an update available here: http://olympusamerica.com/files/oima_cckb/DSSPlayerV722Update.dmg  (THIS UPDATE WILL ONLY WORK FOR MACINTOSH SYSTEMS)

There is a new release of winscribe available for installation by the staff at Carmichael's.  This release is version 4.0.  If you would like to upgrade to the latest version of winscribe contact the staff at Carmichael's and we will be glad to assist you.  There are certain prerequisites for this upgrade, you must be running at least server 2003 and if you have telephony on your current system, you will have to have at least Dialogic 5.1.1.  Feel free to contact our support staff with any questions.

There is an update available for I-Record, this latest version is Version 4.10, If you have an I-Record system and are unsure if your system is up to date feel free to contact our support staff, we will be glad to assist you in determining if you need this update.
